Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Leadership: Lead the sales and marketing efforts of a major automobile brand within the Group. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for brand building, pricing, and promotions.
  • Business Development: Direct all sales and business development activities to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Service Excellence: Oversee service operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Implement strategies to improve service quality and customer retention rates.
  • OEM Collaboration: Collaborate closely with OEM partners to develop and implement aggressive strategies to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand the key customer base, monitor market trends, and execute innovative promotional campaigns to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with a management qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on managing the entire sales and service function for a reputable automobile brand.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong communication, interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and analytical abilities.
  • Extensive experience handling large markets, high sales volumes, and managing sizable teams of professionals.
