We are seeking a proactive and strategic Key Account Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with Dealer Principals and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives and ensuring the successful delivery of services aligned with their needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives, ensuring timely updates are communicated to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Enhance the efficiency of internal processes by managing and analyzing key metrics such as traffic, lead generation, TAT, and sales activities of Dealer Partners.
- Strategic Communication: Clearly articulate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in marketing and sales efforts.
Job Requirements
Role Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred) with 8+ years of relevant experience in account management.
- Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
