Job Title: UI/UX Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic UI/UX Lead to guide the design vision across all digital platforms and products within our organization. This role will focus on creating user-centric design solutions, enhancing usability, and maintaining design standards while driving collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the UI/UX design strategy and vision across all digital platforms, ensuring designs align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions that enhance user experience.
• Standards and Consistency: Develop and uphold UI/UX standards, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and usability across all applications.
• User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate design choices and iteratively improve solutions based on feedback.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers and cross-functional teams, sharing expertise in UX/UI principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, integrating new approaches to enhance design processes.
• Advocacy for User-Centered Design: Act as a thought leader for user-centered design, advocating for the importance of user experience across the organization and influencing decision-makers at all levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior UI/UX role, such as UI/UX Architect or Lead, with expertise in designing complex, enterprise-level applications and digital products.
• Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and justify decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience leading design workshops, conducting user interviews, and running usability testing sessions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in UX design or related fields, such as Certified Usability Analyst or UX Certification.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, design sprints, and iterative design processes.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
